I went car shopping for my wife and our three month old daughter at three Mercedes-Benz dealerships.  Your dealership by far was the most impressive, not only because of the architectural aesthetics, warm ambiance, but most important of all, the level of professional customer service provided by sales, reception and finance.  Our salesman was outstanding in his level of expertise and personal kindness.  He was extremely patient showing the different classes of cars at your dealership.  He never pushed me to buy the most expensive car on the lot.  Instead, he only offered me what was the most practical.  I was so impressed with his service and with your dealership that a patient of mine, along with myself, both bought your cars on the same day.

  I must admit that I was concerned about the cost of coming to the dealership to have my car repaired but I found (via the internet) the cost to be right in line. My service manager is a pleasure to work with. She is a great professional representative of your company because she is very knowledgeable and communicates well while being very courteous and sensitive to my requests and time restraints. My satisfaction was further increased when my car was returned beautifully washed and cleaned which saved me both time and money. (I like saving money and time!)
