This year, the venue’s Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land VIP lounge underwent a significant renovation, elevating the space into a modern and sophisticated design to provide an even more exceptional experience for attendees.

This year, the Smart Financial Centre unveiled the newly renovated Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land Lounge. The redesigned space has been transformed into an area that enriches the event experience, offering a luxurious, music-inspired ambiance that guarantees an elevated visit with every event. 

Since 2017, the lounge has allowed visitors to indulge in exclusive access to top-tier amenities during events at the Smart Financial Centre. Whether enjoying a concert, theatrical performance, or any other experience, guests are treated to a level of refinement that sets the lounge apart as a leading venue. The revitalization of the space re-establishes the SFC as a premier destination for the community, namely suite holders and select members of the Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land First. Class. Access. Program., offering exclusive access to VIP amenities during events. 

The transformed lounge exemplifies our commitment to delivering the highest levels of comfort and luxury to our clients, extending their exceptional experience beyond their initial purchase through our First. Class. Access. Program.

Giveaway Policy:  

  • Winners will be notified by email when their tickets are ready for pick up at the front desk of the dealership 

  • Due to high demand, we will not take any ticket requests under any circumstances. 

  • If winners fail to pick up their tickets 48 hours prior to the show, a new winner will be selected.  

  • If a winner is unable to attend, they must give prior notice, or they will be excluded from future giveaways. 

  • We have a zero tolerance for re-distribution of tickets: 

  • Tickets are not transferable and entry to the venue will be denied if the name of the attendee does not match the winner of the tickets 

  • If we become aware that you are selling any tickets you have been given, you will no longer be included in any dealership giveaways.
