haven't taken possession of my car yet, so I cannot answer questions relating to post-delivery. However, I will be picking my car up this week from Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land because of excellent service from our salesman. The staff as a whole has been very professional and courteous, and he was straightforward with me from day one -- which is why I ended up buying from him instead of a different MB dealer. This service visit was to replace the passenger door window, which had been broken during a burglary. Initially, my insurance company was going to have their glass installer replace the window. There wasn't a lot of back and forth "let me ask my sales manger" sales tactics. I named my price and received a counter within $1,500- so I purchased the vehicle. It was absolutely painless. You need to add your rep in finance to the sales team- she could sell anything to anyone.

I would say that this was my best car buying experience so far. My salesperson was very efficient. I didn't have to spend a lot of time looking for the car and the whole transaction itself, from looking for the car till the time I drove out the car. He made sure I understood the common features of the car and patiently explained to me the manuals that came with the car. Questions were answered in detail. The best part is the follow up calls and emails. It makes you comfortable buying a car from the dealer or staff because they make you feel that they are always there to answer any questions. (Other car dealerships won't care about you once you've driven out their product). I originally purchased my vehicle in March from another Mercedes-Benz dealer in Houston. While they are an outstanding staff, it is not close to my home to get my car serviced or to stop in.
