Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land’s Transformational Expansion

Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land has completed an expansive transformation which includes an addition of more than 175,000 square feet. The space includes new service bays, storage and parking for our vast selection of inventory, and an additional private showroom. This milestone is important to our company’s history, as we have grown to be one of the largest Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Houston, and, the country.

Overview of Expansion Phases:

Phase 1 & 2 – The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter garage and vehicle wash area was added. The service drive added five new lanes dedicate to a full fleet of Mercedes-Benz loaner vehicles and Premier Express Service.

Phase 3 – The largest addition to the property – a four-story garage located on the southeast side of the dealership. The garage houses an enviable collection of 500+ new and pre-owned vehicles. During Phase 3 the dealership’s interior was also updated with a sleek design and a beautiful coffee and espresso bar. Extra amenities in the lobby include a vibrant space dedicated to families. The play area is complete with books, toys, and a cartoon viewing space.

Phase 4 – A 6,000 square-foot, two-level VIP showroom and event space wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass, with panoramic views of the city, sits atop the four-story garage. Designed and furnished by native Texan Marie Flanigan, the luxurious space is an extension of the elegant dealership.

For the final phase, an additional 3,000 square feet was constructed to serve customers that utilize the Premier Express Service Program. The space houses 6 new service bays, as well as, expanded parts storage provided by a mezzanine above the service lifts. Overall, the expansion enables the dealership to perform service more effectively and and save our customers’ valuable time when bringing their vehicle to Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land for service.
