In January 2025, the Greater Houston area experienced a unique Texas winter. Sugar Land and its surrounding areas received around 4 inches of snow, with the lowest temperature being 21 degrees.

The team at Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land saw an opportunity in this rare weather and decided to get creative in a Winter Wonderland setting.

Despite the dealership and all surrounding businesses being closed, some of our team was still working. In preparation for the 2025 holiday season, we utilized the January weather to create some fun, winter content for our social media sites as well as our Holiday TV commercials.

Filming began at 4 AM, only a few hours into the snowfall. Lined up on our dealership’s driveway was a GLA, GLC, GLE, and G-Class, and decorated for some of the shots with red holiday bows. It was picture perfect.

Starting before sunrise, the team captured the snow falling and settling amongst the Mercedes-Benz vehicles. We were able to shoot some of the behind the scenes that day, as well as some photos and ariel content for our social media sites: Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Besides our vehicle-focused shoot, we were also able to highlight some of our winter merchandise available at our boutique, including the white Mercedes-Benz vest to keep you warm, even in the snow, and the stainless-steel travel cup to keep your drinks hot.

One of the stars of the show was the Mercedes-Benz AMG® Polar White G 63 AWD 4MATIC®. The G-Class traversed the snowy terrain in style thanks to its AMG® Trail Package and its handcrafted AMG® 4.0L V8 biturbo engine with hybrid assist.

Another standout captured in the snow was the Mercedes-Benz E 350. Its Moonlight White Metallic exterior complimented the winter landscape perfectly. Paired alongside the G 63, the two vehicles made a striking visual contrast during their shoot on our service drive.

Finally, we were able to encapsulate the winter-feel at the dealership with some drone footage. Flying the drone over the entire lot, Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land and the surrounding community looked unrecognizable covered in a blanket of snow.
